Each monthly box is shipped on the 3rd day of the month 2nd class Royal Mail so you should receive it by the 5th but please allow 5 working days.
If you are ordering anything as a gift please drop us an email if you have specific date requirements and we will endeavour to meet them
Our subscription boxes are the perfect size to fit through most letter boxes so you wont need to be in.
If you have ordered any Seed Kits or Accessories these will not fit through a letter box, if you are not in Royal Mail will leave a card detailing where to colect your parcel from.
Of course you can, we want our customers to be in control!
- if you pay monthly you can log in to your account, manage your subscription and there will be an option to pause, alternatively drop an email to nick@seedcraft.co.uk with the details and we can do it for you
- if you are signed up to one of our 3, 6 or 12 month subscriptions your shipments are all pre arranged so please email nick@seedcraft.co.uk and I will adjust them to suit
As we are only a small business the seeds are selected by us each month and sent out as a surprise, what you can be sure of is they are of the highest quality an can be sown as soon as you receive them. They will be a mixture of vegetable, salad, fruit and herb seeds
Yes they do, however I appreciate that some of the 3, 6 and 12 month subscribers may not wish to renew so you will get a personal email once your last shipment has been sent to ask if you would like it to renew? If you do then you need take no action, if you would like to cancel just reply and we will cancel it for you.
Yes we are registered to market seeds under our license ref 7659
We pride ourselves in not tying anyone in for longer than they want to be, you can log in to your subscription and cancel any time before the next payment comes out. Alternatively please email nick@seedcraft.co.uk and I can do this for you
